Who Am I?
Greetings! My name is Liam and I am a fervent enjoyer of all things food. The art, the history, the science, the impact on health, etc. I am a self-taught chef who has been blessed to work in myriad restaurant and kitchen settings. My experience encompasses working in bakeries, luxury retirement communities, being a private chef and culinary instructor, as well as attaining my masters in food science from North Carolina State University to work for one of the largest privately held food companies in the world. Outside of food I have worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I understand how food impacts our bodies, and how important it is to be intentional with your diet. If you are in need of weekly meal preps, specially curated date night dinners, small event catering, or baked goods... I do it all. With my scientific expertise as well as practical experience in the kitchen, nothing is impossible and everything is always made with love.

- Favorite Dog Breed: All, I LOVE dogs... but tend to lean towards larger breeds a little bit more; mostly from a utilitarian perspective
- Favorite Cuisine: Any and all Asian or Hispanic cuisine... the flavors are unmatched and typically less 'fussy' to make
- Favorite Baked Good: A really kick-ass chocolate chip cookie or banana bread... Kouign-Amann if I want to be pretentious

- Favorite Band: Depends on my mood but I will listen to just about anything with the exception of country
- Favorite TV Show: SpongeBob will always be #1 in my heart but I tend to really enjoy short-run docuseries such as Mindhunters or Chernobyl
